Package Golf Courses

Designer(s):
Max Wexler

Host venue of the Eurasia Cup and one of Malaysia's top 10 courses, the Glenmarie Golf and Country Club is about a half hour's drive from downtown Kuala Lumpur and is one of the main golf courses in the Klang Valley. Set in what was originally the Glenmarie Rubber Estates, the Glenmarie Golf Course was designed by American Max Wexler and features two 18-hole courses, both similar in style, but with contrasting landscapes.

Designer(s):
Ross Watson

Part of the 1820 acre Kota Kemuning township, the Kota Permai Golf & Country Club is a championship course designed by Ross Watson that has played host to numerous prestigious championships including the Volvo Masters Asia and the Malaysian Open in 2007 & 2008 where the top European & Asian Tour players compete. Since its opening in 1988, the course has earned several accolades including Malaysia's Number One Golf Course and Most Beautiful Hole by Golf Malaysia magazine in 2001/2002/2004/2005/2006.

Designer(s):
Robert Trent Jones Jr.

The Mines Resort & Golf Club gets its name from its location in the world’s largest open cast tin mine where operations eventually ended in 1982. The Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed layout is a treat for any golfer and as much as a championship course that it is, it remains quite playable. A regular host of the PGA Tour CIMB Classic, which had Tiger Woods playing in the 2012 edition, the Mines Resort & Golf Club obviously has the facilities to match for an event of such.

Designer(s):
Jumbo Ozaki & Kentaro Sato

Part of a Japanese investment in Kuala Lumpur, the Templer Park Country Club was designed by the legendary professional golfer Jumbo Ozaki and renowned golf course architect Kentaro Sato. Located in the Templer Park Reserve, the golf course is an icon for Malaysian golf with the big limestone rock - Bukit Takun - forming a backdrop on many of its holes. Testimony to the quality and challenge of the Templer Park golf course is its hosting of the prestigious Malaysian Open thrice 1995, 1996 and 2000, an event jointly sanctioned by the European PGA and the Asian PGA Tours.

Designer(s):
Ted Parslow

The Palm Garden Golf Club is part of a large resort development, the IOI Resort city, located in the newly planned city of Putrajaya near Kuala Lumpur. The club embarked on a major exercise in 2009, which saw the emergence of 18 new holes designed by talented course architect Ted Parslow. The Palm Garden Golf Course is sand-capped with good drainage, and golfers will find there are a lot of undulations, mounds, and swales. A lot of natural boulders and rocks that were dug up were reused to add to the aesthetics of the design.
