About Us

Steve Worner - Owner and Managing Director

Steve started Gimme Golf in 1997 along with his then partner Adam Stone. Their main golfing areas included the Murray River and Mornington Peninsula. In 2000 Steve purchased the company outright and focused more on other golfing areas in Australia. Each year bought new and exciting golf destinations as our clients wanted more.

Steve has a bus licence and certification from the Department of Infastructure as well as memberships at three Melbourne golf clubs and plays (when he has time) a patchy game of golf. Steve is an active member of Victorian Tourism golf committee, Tourism Golf Western Australian as well as a member of the International Golf Tour Operators Association.

Steve has travelled extensively throughout all Australia, Asia, Ireland, UK, Spain, United States and South Africa playing golf and checking out accommodation and other relevant details to assist all his clients when organising their next golf holiday.

Siv Worner - Account Manager

Siv's background is in account & event management having worked for several marketing agencies. She was working for the ECB (English Cricket Board) for a number of years before arriving in Australia. In Australia she was involved with the Holden Golf Tournaments for several years. She then took a well earned rest to raise three children for ten years before finally agreeing to work for Gimme Golf. Attention to detail and great work ethic has the office humming along. Siv has recently taken up golf and like many of her great sporting Swedish countrymen and women has knocked down her handicap in no time with her ambition to beat Corny off the stick.

Marie Gugliucciello
Senior Travel Consultant

Marie, has been actively involved in travel for more than 15 years. Working at variety of corporate travel agencies throughout her career Marie had a number of years off to raise her family. Returning only recently to the workforce to coordinate the overseas and domestic travel division of Gimme Golf
